1.1 Introduction
Welcome to Selfie Photo Booth Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services to both business customers (B2B) and consumers (B2C). By placing a booking, using our services, or accessing our website (https://www.selfiephotobooth.co.uk), you agree to these terms.
1.2 Definitions
This document combines and governs the terms and conditions applicable to both business customers (B2B) and consumers (B2C). Below are key definitions that apply:
- Customer (You/Your) – The person or business entity hiring our services.
- Service Provider (We/Us/Our) – Selfie Photo Booth Ltd, registered company no. 15094651.
- Contract – The legally binding agreement between us and you, including all terms herein.
- Photo Booth – The Selfie Photo Booth Ltd system and related equipment.
- Site Location – The address where the Photo Booth will be delivered and set up.
- Booking Form – The form or email confirmation outlining booking details.
- Hire Date – The agreed date for hiring the Photo Booth.
- Delivery Note – A signed document confirming receipt and condition of the Photo Booth.
- Order Request – A request submitted via our website or other means for our services.
- Order Confirmation – The confirmation issued by us upon acceptance of your booking request.
- Appendix 1 – Detailed Conditions of Hire applicable to the respective service type.

2. General Terms Applicable to Both B2B & B2C Customers
2.1 Website Usage & Accuracy
- All website information is provided as-is. We are not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or outdated content.
- We reserve the right to update our terms and service details without prior notice.
2.2 Service Description & Booking
- Services are detailed on our website and in booking confirmations.
- Booking requests are only confirmed upon issuance of an official Order Confirmation.
- We reserve the right to assign subcontractors to fulfill bookings.
- Customers must ensure they provide accurate details regarding their bookings and venues.
2.3 Payments & Cancellations
- Payments must be made as per the invoice terms specified in the Booking Form.
- Cancellations made:
- More than 30 days before the event – Full refund.
- 15–30 days before the event – 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the event – No refund.
- For B2B customers, invoices must be paid within 14 days of issuance.
2.4 Delivery, Setup, and Use of the Photo Booth
- The Photo Booth will be delivered to the agreed Site Location on the Hire Date.
- Customers must ensure a safe and appropriate space for setup.
- The Photo Booth cannot be moved once set up without prior approval.
- We or our delegate may refuse to deliver the booth if the location is unsafe.
- Customers are responsible for loss or damage during the hire period.
- Social media uploads depend on a stable internet connection provided by the customer.
- Customers must ensure all necessary permissions and consents are obtained for venue use.
2.5 Liability & Indemnity
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, venue restrictions).
- Customers indemnify us against damages or misuse of the Photo Booth.
2.6 Intellectual Property & Copyright
- All images and videos captured belong to Selfie Photo Booth Ltd.
- We may use materials for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.
2.7 Data Protection & Privacy Policy
- Personal data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.
- Customers agree to their details being shared within our network of Photo Booth operators.
3. Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Specific Terms
3.1 Consumer Rights, Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Consumers have 14 days to cancel a contract under the UK consumer law “cooling-off” period.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
- Terms specific to social media uploads, extra prints, and guest books apply to consumer hires.
3.2 Service Limitations & Force Majeure
- We cannot guarantee WiFi availability for instant uploads.
- Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power failures) may affect service delivery.
4. Business-to-Business (B2B) Specific Terms
4.1 Contract Formation & Entire Agreement
- The contract is legally binding upon acceptance of our estimate.
- UK consumer rights do not apply to B2B customers.
4.2 Additional Responsibilities of Business Customers
- Business customers must obtain necessary permits and licenses.
- Any special requests must be communicated in writing in advance.
4.3 Payment Terms & Interest on Late Payments
- Invoices must be settled within 14 days.
- Late payments incur an 8% interest rate above the Bank of England base rate.
4.4 Termination, Subcontracting & Assignment
- Invoices must be settled within 14 days.
- Late payments incur an 8% interest rate above the Bank of England base rate.
4.5 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Any disputes will be governed by English and Welsh law.
- Complaints can be submitted via info@selfiephotobooth.co.uk.
